Do you have a minimum order cost?

  • YES, there is a $30 minimum order required to place an order.  

I do not have a business. Can I buy Wholesale?

  • You do not need registered business to buy wholesale. Most product on our website are already wholesale prices and they have discounted price for everyone.

Is my personal and Credit Card Information securely protected? 

  • Yes, we process all order through secure firewall. Read our Privacy Policy and order with confidence.

My Business is Tax Exempt. Will I be charged Tax?

  • if you are tax exempt please email us your tax exempt certificate before placing the order to sales@dallastoyswholesale.com .  Taxes cannot be removed if you place the order before being tax exempt. Your tax certificate remains on file and taxes on future orders will be removed until the certificate expires. Businesses and Organizations  Please note once we do your account tax exempt we will email you and the account will be tax exempt.

Are all products shown online in stock?

  • Yes as long as the product shows in stock we should have it and out of stock will be marked for products thats not in stock. Please call us at (682)-331-2120 to find more product you are interested in and we will assist you.

How do I cancel my order?

  • Please call us at (682)-331-2120 to cancel order immediately. You can email – sales@dallastoyswholesale.com but note due to high volume of emails phone is always the best way to cancel immediately.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being received (excluding weekends and holidays). All order received after 2 p.m Friday will be shipped next Monday.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • Once we ship the item, you will be notified to your email with a tracking number of the package. We ship through UPS Ground.

 Do you allow resale on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other online marketplaces?

A: No. To protect our brand and pricing integrity, Dallas Toys Wholesale prohibits resale of our products on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms) without our prior written approval.

E-Commerce Reselling Prohibition

To protect and preserve the goodwill and integrity of Dallas Toys Wholesale products, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance, the resale of our products on any third-party online marketplace is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Prohibited marketplaces include, but are not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • eBay

  • Temu

  • TikTok Shop

  • Facebook Marketplace

  • Any similar third-party e-commerce platform

Resellers may sell through their own independently operated website only if such sales are expressly approved in writing by Dallas Toys Wholesale.

Unauthorized Sales

Any resale activity on prohibited platforms by you, your affiliates, or any party purchasing through you without prior written authorization will constitute a material violation of our reseller terms.

Dallas Toys Wholesale reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate the customer account

  • Refuse future sales

  • Cancel pending orders

  • Withhold discounts or benefits

  • Pursue any available legal or equitable remedies

Quality Control & Trademark Protection

Unauthorized online sales may interfere with our quality control standards, customer experience, and brand integrity. Dallas Toys Wholesale reserves all rights relating to its trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property.
